Our Story.

Welcome to the Earth House, a plant-based Mediterranean bistro inspired by nature.

Founded in March 2022 by Samantha Häberli, Plant-Based Chef & Nutritionist, our food is 100% natural and 100% ethical, and is made with healing ingredients that come straight from the ground, with little or no processing.

Everything here is homemade, and our menu incorporates whole, unrefined ingredients, just like nature intended.

At the Earth House we truly believe that Food Is Medicine, and it is our goal to connect our guests with the foods that they eat, and to make them ask questions about where it comes from, what it does to our bodies, and what it does to our planet.

Plant-Based nutrition plays a big role at our restaurant, as does eating locally and seasonally, and we place high importance on sustainability and minimal waste.

Besides being plant-based, eating locally is one of the simplest ways that we can move towards a more sustainable, and healthier, lifestyle.

The Earth House is proud to say that we support our local Thai farming communities from around the country, and that our menus are based on seasonal availability of the fruits and vegetables that we use.

By eating locally, we not only give back to local communities, but we have a positive impact on our planet too.

Why import produce when we have such incredible local ingredients right in our own backyard?

It is our goal to make the planet a healthier, happier, more beautiful place through food.

Welcome to the Earth House!

The Earth House is more than a restaurant.

At the Earth House, Wellness plays a huge role. People who live in Bangkok lead busy lives. Work is stressful, the traffic is heavy, pollution is rife, and life is fast-paced. Everyone needs a break from their everyday city life from time to time, but not everyone has the time or the means to escape to the islands or mountains from the city every weekend for a wellness retreat.

We aim to bring that to you right in the heart of Bangkok. In our Wellness Studio we offer fun and exciting artistic workshops that range from Clay to Watercolor, as well as dynamic movement sessions like Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. For those looking for something a little more calming and relaxing, why not try a Yin Yoga Session or Soundbath?

Enjoy early morning yoga, an afternoon body work session, lunch in the garden, and perhaps a plant-based cooking class, followed by a sound healing session, or a workshop with one of our unique visiting practitioners.

Check out our online schedule to see what classes and workshops we’re offering this week!
